Shipping & Returns

POSTAGE in AUSTRALIA

All items for customers are sent via Australia Post Signature on Delivery service.This will require a signature on arrival or will be carded to your closest Australia Post office if you are not home. I will also provide you with a tracking number. 

Pick-up and pay on pick-up is available. Located in Adelaide, South Australia.


Postage will be made within 3 working days once payment is received. In most cases your item will be posted the next day.

POSTAGE for OVERSEAS

Overseas enquires welcome. I will need to provide a custom shipping quote if you are interested in purchasing any goods.

PACKAGING

All items will be packed with extreme care so please feel confident to buy from us. We use bubble wrap and/or packing and items are boxed using recycled boxes.
In the unlikely event of damage please retain the original packaging as this will be needed to be produced for any insurance claim. All original posting receipts are kept.

RETURNS

All returns accepted if items are NOT as described in the catalouge or photo's and NOT for a simple change of mind.
Please choose carefully as we will not accept returns if you change your mind.
Item must be returned within 7 days after buyer receives it.


Should you have any problems please contact me via email before returning goods.
Following receipt of the item a refund will be issued including the cost of returning the item.
